One soul

One soul

One soul,
Torn into two,Ā
How strange it is,
Neither of us knew,
You touched my heart,
And it remembered you.
Now each time you leave,
A piece of me leaves too.

You broke down every wall,
I perfectly painted black,
Every mask, every shade,
You saw through that.
You helped me find the light,
when I had wondered off track,
Thanks to you my love,
I’ll always come back.
