Out Of Sync, But Still Sane, Just About

I might be out of sync with current times,
But I thought questions presupposed replies?
On how many occasions can one try
To send messages without a reply?
Too many skim reading on smart phones,
Methinks. And conversations never flow
Due to constant interruptions. It's enough
To drive one insane. O this might sound tough,
But some people clearly need to return
To school! Communication skills can be learned
Along with manners and basic etiquette.
I'd love to propose this, so I'll get set
With my plans. Who knows, one fine day, they may
Become policy, I can hope and pray.
