Knowing
that society
has 
put a label
on certain 
things
and
in some instances
prohibited its
civil servants
from certain
practices
Not
because
of its
effects
but
rather
what it 
has deemed
unacceptable
is
a
Paradox

I learning
the older
I get
to throw
away
the ideals
the world
has thrown
my way
and start
thinking
about
the
Paradox
