Perfect Love
There's no love as perfect as self love
Itâs not about being a narcissist but who cares?
How can you give what you donât have?
Weâre told to love our neighbors as ourselves
And to do unto others as we would have them to do us
 Why? Because self love is the truest and purest kinda love
Even masochist and sadist still have soft spot for themselves
When you love yourself and others as well,
Love would definitely come to you
The law of natures is that you receive as much as you give
Nobody can love you more than yourself
Nor can you love anybody more than yourself
Believe me, Â no one will love you like yourself!

George Bernard Shaw once said, "There is no love sincerer than the love of food"...which is a form of 'self-love', it could be argued.
This is true...and, of course, no one will know you like you know yourself either; not sure if that makes self-love easier or more heroic!?!

Hi Rose, I really enjoyed this...many say if you can't love yourself, it is difficult to understand why someone else would/could love you back..I think it's because having love and respect for yourself shines through this allows you to feel loved back.
