Personal pandemic

Personal pandemic

I don't have much, these limited means.

I'm only intermittentIy exploitable.

My friends -

They sense -

This lack -

Therefore,

It's as if I'd caught some plague!

I sit and wait -

Tell myself -

Like me -

They're just running late.

Of course I know much better!

So I sit and waste my precious time,

And ignore myself altogether.

Inclined to this sense of impending penchants -

The way to good health is gone.

Vaccinate yourself, if you think you must.

Me?

I'm just done.
