Photography

Photos were only
White and Black
No Reds, or Greens
All color lacked
There was no merging
Of Black and White
No matter the subjects’
Real beauty and color
Cameras only captured them
Like they would every other
As Black or White
The colors had no variety
Photos were like
A depressed society
No vivacity, no liveliness
At least not in all
White is bright
Black is dull
Cameras captured parts of scenes
But enough to see the strife
Amongst everything in life
Only white and black
Every other color lacked
But soon there were newer cameras
That accepted all colors
Capturing all shades of red and blue
Green, orange, and pink too
Nothing dreary
All colors seen clearly
Captured into one scene happily
As a new album has begun
We are united as one
