Oh Pinocchio please stop telling little white lies

Your nose has grown so long now, I bet you can see it out of your eyes

And I am fedup of listening to all your nonsensical pie in the skies

I am your friend, but you know fine well that dishonesty is something that I darn right despise  

Why on earth do you feel the need to falsify all of your stories

Dear me you could have been on the television, telling all those stupid Jackanories

Not everything in life has to be absolutely forever full, of grandeur and glories  

You tell more Tom Fooleries, than a laboratory with inventories….
