PLATO

Plato was a teacher of philosophy,
Not woodwork or cooking or theosophy.
He gave each a premise,a subject to discuss
But never gave the answer which caused much fuss.
Instead he asked questions to develop his theme,
These questions would make his students scream.
They had to decide if it was valid or sound
So the questions kept flowing around and around.
I don't see the point of Platonic philosophy
So I'm turning 't telly on for C Beebies.
