Playful Insights (Though no less sincere)

Playful Insights (Though no less sincere)

Answers begotten questions

Quite acquainted am I with He, the God of Israel.
Still I inquire, 'Is He real?'

A God who strictly lays the law and warrants his people a vice.
Still I inquire, 'If your a God, why won't your people obey you and what enjoyment do u find in a bull sacrifice?'

Oh how I've raced to please through sanctification the Holy one oh so speedy.
Still I inquire, 'Why are the burdens heavier than told, and my prayers in your name against your promise receive no answer when I plead of thee?  Could it not be at least possible your a product of graffiti?'

Much my comrade is He, the pioneer of faiths vision.
Still I inquire, 'Is this not a Roman-Jewish business aquisition?'

Nonetheless, the prophets of old continued with words that ever insisted.
Still I inquire, 'But what if psychiatry had existed?'

For He was told to be the messiah, the promised and foretold savior.
Still I inquire, 'it's been two thousand years, when do you intend to fix people's behavior?'

I've heard others tell of how they entrust a Holy Bible as faultless.
Still I inquire, 'Haven't you witnessed through time (the ones who selected and assembled what they felt fit for the work) the errs of his followers, and he, the Pontiff?'

I can recount many instances which others pay homage to prayer.
Still I inquire, 'Sure, but anything so marvelous that if you hadn't prayed you're certain wouldn't be there?'

I've encountered on my journeys, some claiming possession of a Holy Spirit.
Still I inquire, 'If it exists, why in my sincerest efforts would it not let me near it?'

Even still, some exist who prefer to perceive this topic as The Force.
Still I inquire, 'Yes but, in the force there exists duality seeking balance so why in my life am I shown no remorse?'

There are scattered about a few unique souls who intuitively feel of a universal oneness.
Still I inquire, 'If it's so, the spoils are divided unfairly so how might I urge forth the completion of what's to come of this?'

Possibly the rarest, are those who seem to conclude we were simply birthed at random into existence.
Still I inquire, 'If so, how could I be consciously aware of this very instant?'

Some Buddhists, believe Christ was in fact simply a person who achieved enlightenment.
Still I inquire, 'Why then would he not have been content instead of yelling the question of his forsakening in final moments so frightening?'

Some other Buddhists giving it less thought, say that the Buddha was the pinnacle of all mans potential.
Still I inquire, 'How can the goal of evading every single of my human desires be so monumental?'

Others still, in the prophet Mohammed their faith resides.
Still I inquire, 'Even if a prophet, is your God not the same as of Israel, which at some point in time ye divide?'

Still so many others existed with their own beliefs in many a society.
Still I inquire, 'Do not you all share in common some mysterious God of Three?'

Oddly, of all these things named I must be careful so as not to be offensive to those who believe in them solemnly.
Still I inquire, 'Of all these outlandish various systems of belief, why is there but one we decide to call mythology?'

It's then that I open the Bible and read the Book of Jude.  Urging me of itself, alluring in its solitude.
Still I inquire, 'This one chapter book was thought to be worthy, what is the motive of which it's author is imploring us?'
After a careful examination I follow where he points to see her, the divine goddess, standing victorious.
