Populous Abuse

Simple Tried and True Recipe:

9 billion Lemmings or Sheeple
A shitload of Fear
A tablespoon of Confusion
Illusion of Freedom
A sprinkle of Panic (not too much; a little goes a long way!)

First stir in the Fear, drip it in slowly through the mixer

When it's looking well permiated, add Confusion ('Misinformation' produces the best quality)

Take the Illusion of Freedom and sprinkile it in liberally

Start manipulating their bodies--especially their body image but also bodily functions (control when, where and how they can eat, go to toilet, sleep, #shop)

Add a little bit of the Panic

Now strain out the Illusionary Freedom, leaving them to dry out (it helps if you separate the lemmings from family and friends)
Add some extra Panic to taste if necessary 

And let them shit themselves (without toilet paper), while you sit back and have a laugh
