POW - M I A -Missing in action

She sits alone crying 
Where no one can see
in a favorite spot they use to go to
 under the shades of a big apple tree

 He promise her to come back
 Now they say he is M.I.A 
He propose to her just the day 
before they shipped him away

 They meet when they were teenagers
 And become high school sweet hearts
 Then he was drafted to go Vietnam
As soon as the wars starts 

then she got the news one day
that he was missing in action
he was lost or captured
while he was on recon mission

then the day gets longer 
As the years slowly moves on 
She never did love again 
Couldn't touch another one 

My oh my, she thinks "how time flies 
As she continues trying to survive 
She was only twenty back then 
And now shes heading on forty five

 but she never give up hope
 She always prays for him every day 
But no matter how much she prays
 Her pain never goes away 

In a bamboo cage in the jungle
 There’s a mistreated  weaken man 
His spirits has been broken
But he still is a proud American 

He thinks of only one girl 
Wonder if she still has his ring
 Maybe she forgotten him 
But he wishes to see her again

but today he give up the will to live
he just close his eye ready to die
his weaken motionless body
was left under the Vietnam sky

 The soldiers set him free in the jungle
 thinking nature will end his life soon 
but god wasn't ready for him 
he wasn't ready for him the afternoon

 he dragged his broken body forward 
till he comes to the end of the trees
 he was found him to the side of the road 
and was free After 25 years in captivity

 He was pick up by a farmer 
and taken To the American embassy
 Where he eats all he can 
After years of being hungry 

She walks through lanes 
Of the shop-rite grocery store
 She saw him sitting in the drive way 
And her smile came back once more 

tears of joy fell like the rain
 while up above a plane fly's over head
as they falls in each other arms
 without a word being said

 logic of the story "If you ready wish for it 
Sometimes it can come true
 So to all my friends and family
I  just wish the best for you
