Prison

Prison

I am theĀ prisoner

Trapped within the confines of my cell

Waiting for the day,

When I can go home.

My mind is the guard

Taunting me

Forcing heavy burdens on me

Making me do things I don't want to

My arms are the bars

I try to cut through them

I try to break through them

So I can escape

But there's no way

I can't get out

I can't go anywhere

I wish I was risen

But my heart is the prison
