Psychotic Dream!

Im on quetiapine for the voices that i hear scream
doctor says its psychosis but this shit feels real
said it'll go away its not that big of a deal
but it blinds my mind like a cars lights on full beam

i mean,
how as this come too me im fit & healthy
but stress can attack those poor rich or wealthy
all i feel is emotions screaming someone help me
im on medication why has this thing not left me

doctor says it might take time its all in your head
thats easy said but this voice screams "i want you dead"
constantly on edge as this haunts me when im in bed
even through the day tryna push me of a window ledge

im out of touch with reality but even thats an illusion
this is causing confusion my minds having a delusion
i need this to go away i must find some kind of solution
if this carries on at this rate ill be locked in an instatution

then i hear a shout "come on james its time to get up"
i wake up sweating it was just a nightmare oh thank fuck
thought for a second it was real an that i was truly stuck
it was all a dream that had me shuck an numb struck
