Quite A Short Journey
Should be more laughter
It'd be so much better
Smile at your neighbours
An attention getter
Stand up and holler
We're all human beings
Why treat our brethren
With actions so mean
Just call me a dreamer
And maybe I am
Better than moaning
To beat the band
Don't have no secrets
I'm known to possess
Just like youse guys
Trying hard to impress
It's quite a short journey
Time has sure flown
Before you know it
It's time to go home
A journey too short
Time to pass the baton
Make room for the young'uns
And just mosey on

All people smile in a friendly manner would the world a place much better, but unfortunately mankind walking mired in anger and resentment towards the destruction of the planet and of all species, the excess of EGO, vanity, hate and envy invoice at the end of this short and shocking journey through life.

Good write Jack, life is a short journey and I remember when I was younger someone telling me the older i get the faster the years go by. I try to live to the fullest I see you do my positive friend. Love and respect.
