Sometimes,

My May thoughts

flow along with you,

Though you never

co-write now,

My garden lute is mute,

Broken in the wild wind,

When unmelodious songs

Never made thee flew,

Birds their rampage

did on thee bestow

thy pleasing lyrics,

never scribbled,

to complete

and to fulfill
