Rainbows In Your Life

Rainbows In Your Life

You thought that the sunshine would never come,
but it did between purple and green and then some;
now rain in your life is stored away, for another day,
like bursting thro' Pilgrims Progress, so they say.

This prismatic magic colours corners of memories,
when God would never flood the world thro' centuries;
like your life, you were given warnings, didn't heed,
you were more concerned with 'you,' and what you need.

Rather than love and preserving important things,
whether you believe or not what your very soul brings;
I stand, arms outstretched, because how small we are,
we're all together, our transitory life has come so far.

I will worship, offer myself and never want to let go,
with wonderful rays lifting me up thro' blue and yellow.
