Red Velvet Shoes

Let me walk in the white snow with my red velvet shoes

In silence and raise each footstep I take, quiet and slow so tranquil each pace

Underneath veils of white lace I shall go a waltz in silk and you in woolen blazer

The snow is as white as the goat's fresh milk, more beautiful

Then the breast of the doves lets walk gracefully through the silent night town

Where no ones around but you by my side, we might even go on a merry sleigh ride

Let us step upon this fluffy white down, upon silver and gold fleece

Upon softer than these as we walk with my red velvet shoes

Wherever the path we go, silence will fall like the dews

From the evergreen trees on white silence below, let us walk in the snow

And stop and watch the woods fill up with downy flakes upon each branch

Until we hold hands and walk back to our country ranch, let the velvet and wool

Touch our hearts so pure with each love of kindness of white pedals of frost

And the feeling of the season of winter in our hands folded up in a fur muff

My velvet red shoes will walk this way and feel the light magic of you

Each step I take with my red velvet shoes I embrace this night for the walk of eternal time

Be it lost as I now sit down no longer the walk only the loveliest of snow so ever divine
