Regret

So many things I didn't do
So many things I didn't say
It all past by so very fast
If I could only have another
Day.

So many wrongs I needed to right
So much time wasted not holding you tight
Hidden was the love that should have been
in plain sight
If I could only have another
night.

Barry, the woman who inspired Regret , has longare since vanished
next time love finds me I will treasure my beloved like. a rare
gem, blanket her with endless affection and love her more than my last breath of life the most precious thing I own
Each day i will give her more kisses than there are stars that fill the nights sky.
She will know fairytales are real, because our life
will be encompassed by the love you can only find
in happily ever after.

i really feel your pain in this piece and i can really relate to you in this instance. the thing is, sometimes people know how much they are loved and they choose not to accept it... hidden or not, love is always evident. i wish you a love that appreciates you and all that you are.
