Regrets,  i.v had a few

0hh what,s a girl surposed to do ?

Will she ever get it right ?

A love filled life

So out of sight

So much to give

But no .. right takers

Been fooled too often

On the shelf too long

Given up trying 

Just wanna belong

To the happy brigade

From week to strong

From sad to happy

From lonely to blessed

Alone no more

My life to share

Dont wanna be single 

Work better in a pair

Cant see round corners

But wish i could

If i found the right man

I most certainly would

To many fish swan through my net

But sprats is all i seem to get

My lines been dangling 

Far too long

Should i change the bait ?

Or strengthen my cast ?

Or wait for my ideal mate?

& throw in the past

& find the love that will truly last 

Start the life i should have had

Goodbye to upset & sad

& live for the future
