Runespear

In time they part ~ one falls, the other stands
The dual natures of this elder-god
From heights of power (courts ~ divine and grand)
to self-sequestered wanderings abroad.
The binding runes carved deep within the spear
Enjoined the world to his unbending rule
The very thumbprint of unending fear
Which haunts (unceasing) thoughts of king and fool.
But more unceasing still and long endured
The cold remembrances of things forgot ~
A craving deep within is not inured
to craven stirrings of more tender thought.
For even godhead to desire bends
As wood-bird sings the ravensβ longed-for end.

My Dear Friend Jason,
My dear friend doth anoint my cup
With words my heart can e'er suck up
His atrophy I could not bear
But now I smile for again he's there
His words run deep, they test my mind
For they're the only one their kind
His brilliance is beyond my ken
As the wood-bird sings the ravens' end
Peace and Love,

Larry, my dear friend...
Barbie can be rather fickle
Now and then, give her a tickle
{For the record, this is NOT in any way, shape or form a reference to Linda; a woman of irreproachable grace and solicitude...andΒ I still maintain that she's far too good for you!!}
your friend & fan,
J ;)
My Dear Friend Jason,
To quote Mae West "When she's good she's good, but when she's bad, she's better". Β
To quote Linda Ran "Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad, Boy, he makes me feel so good".
