Saviour

Finding love for God taught me 
That I will make it, I’ll be okay
Knowing that Jesus holds my hand
Every single day

I lost sight of who I we just for a little while
Only now I hold my head high
I laugh and I smile
I had a fall, felt unable to get back up
Told myself I’m done
I’ve had enough

It took a while to find my love for my inner soul
Only now I have it back
I feel superior, I feel so humble, so whole
I find love in the little moments 
Ones I never noticed in the past
Did I get my happy ending at last?

God saved me.
