School

School

The halls echo with laughter and happiness

The classrooms murmur with learning and understanding

The cafeterias yell with greetings and the clanking of trays.

The gyms scream with the sound of basketballs and victory.

Nurses hand out pills to ease the pain.

The student cries with defeat and sadness.

The kids laugh and murmur as they climb to their feet

Their tray clanks as they pick it from the dirty floor.

Their bully screams it's victory of the innocents defeat.

Parents cry at the loss of their child.

The student lies with a bottle of pills clutched in their hand.
