Scream

Scream

And I wish I could scream

Scream to the Heavens, "Life the Earth!"

Scream to the Devil, "Take my soul"

I need to scream until all the air has left my lungs

Until I'm just a shell lying in the bright midday Sun

But when I open my mouth

None of the noise comes out

And I'm dying in the cold

No one will claim my soul

I have become empty

And I have lost all thought

Only my scars will show I ever fought.

You never walk alone, there is a magic on earth
To the eye's unseen, when you open your heart
And fill everything with light, and love
You Will feel your soul being cradled
By the hands of heaven above.

much love nardine xox.
