Nature, tis seasons of man
Abide with ultimate plan
Callow buds upon the stead
Promises of freshness bred

Borne green, springtide
Summer prime sultry reside
Hold close remnants won
Each moment shan't be sun

Relish steely raindrops
Hold firm till it stops
Traverse an erratic path
Mortality bears untimely bath

Autumntide solstice pox
Wrinkles phase paradox
Nibs on a stain-glass bough
Cast pinnacles must endow

Winter harbingers dread
Ashen upon stagnant head
Immortality tarries awhile
Reborn in a child’s smile
