Second chance

Second chance

Broken pieces in a shattered glass
Standing tall wondering with an empty glance.

For you to carry so much weight only if you could wish you could pass it on to someone else.

A brave soul standing so tall not afraid of a second chance.
The taste of the winter night upon her lips
Falling slowly in your arms.
Is a place I thought I would Never find.

Falling slowly deeper and deeper in my heart no longer afraid of love because
A life without love is like a tree without leaves.

Fear grabs me
Takes over my soul
Should I surrender
Shall I gave up
