SEDATION...

SEDATION...

Spearmint leaves
Patchouli petals
Sandalwood and
Rose Hip oils
Citrus scents of
Lemon and Lime
Bergamot and
A dash of Thyme
Ambient aromas consuming the air
As the warm bath water
Soothes and repairs
Mental fatigue and aching feet
My body then tingles
Becoming numb from the heat
Vapours then rise
From the surface...so still
This sedation akin
To any sleeping pill

I now close my eyes
As I soak my soul
Invigorating new energy
Once again...
I am whole.
