Shoot All Messengers

If you study the long history
of our contentious species
you will quickly see
a common thread of inhumanity...

Our chest thumping tribe
riddled with insecurities
is hard wired to solve conflicts
with unrelenting violence
so don't hold your breath
about us ever giving peace a chance
