Silent scream 

I never asked to be in the place I am at the moment yet no one wants to help me until my silent screams and tears become loud and obnoxious

I never asked feel so incapable of my job yet your actions have made me feel like I’m not good enough 
If you have a problem with me I’d rather you just said as I can’t continue the way it is 
These silent screams and tears aren’t helping anymore 

I never asked for your help because guess what I could never approach you with something so personal as you’d never understand why I am the way I am
I could have approached others but even they wouldn’t understand and now that I have I feel I’ve made the situation worse 
My silent screams won’t be silent much longer thanks to the situation you have put me in
