Silent Wish

Silent Wish

She bites her bottom lip
Losing herself in a romance novel
A perfectly worded world
Filled with passion, uncertainty, desire
Entrapping her with every page
And she falls willingly
Her eyes being to shimmer
As her soul drifts into dreams
Blinking slowly; silently she hopes
Making this reality disappear slowly
Such wishes make her heart flutter
Oh; what she would willingly give
For this beautifully worded world to be hers
Unknowingly she falls deeper in love
Slowly spiralling in a perfectly worded world
Her heart runs wild; she keeps falling
Him stealing a kiss from her wanting lips
Holding her hand as they walk aimlessly
Oh, she would give her soul willingly
For this silent wish to not be a dream.
