Silver Gale

Silver Gale

Silver wind rips the sky,

ere life should perish,

by wrath on high.

Pay we now,

for broken greed,

as taken are we in silver gale,

inĀ silver wind we bleed.

Like a razor upon soul,

under silver wind we cry.

from us is taken our greed,

our life forfeit under such dark need.

Silver winds of wrath,

blaze skies of gold lost, life taken,

cross heaven lays salvation's path,

earth's mighty foundation be shaken.

Upon us lays our doom,

By god's will hold sway,

to not see through blind gloom.

and to tread in death's way.
