SKINNY LISTER GROUPIE
Being a Skinny Lister groupie is not easy you know
Hanging around for hours just to stand on the front row
It can seem like forever till they open the door
A magical musical night guaranteed that is for sure
Being a Skinny Lister groupie is not easy you know
The crowds of people are now starting to grow
I would not change anything come what may
Skinny Lister is my music I'm proud to say
Being a Skinny Lister groupie is not easy you know
The band however are all friendly and always say hello
Thank you Skinny Lister for what you do

Back here in America
We had some groupies too
They were called "The Grateful Deadheads"
I think they went even further than did you
.
For they travelled round the country
In old vans, where they also lived
To every city where "The Grateful Dead" appeared
Depending on alms that they were gived
