Small Town

Small Town

Growing up a small town kid where the wind blows and the wheat grows. I left this town years ago to venture out for something more. I found what I was looking for outside my bubble and lord
knows i had my struggles. The first city chewed me up and spit me out left me to hang with out a doubt. I loved my small town that I knew but it wasn't the same as when the train whistles blew. Shops were closing and businesses were Folding not much left but our little quick shops. Till this day they strive to move on working the fields from dusk till dawn. Looking forward to friday nights under them big bright lights where the crowd   Roars as the football soars. I've been gone all to long Ive moved on from them old country songs. But one things for sure lI'll never forget my family and friends who shaped me into the man I am.
