Snow

Snow, and more snow
falling thickly, silently fallingĀ 
covering the cityscape
Making the dirty sidewalks
The trash filled alleys pristine
Dressing up the soot covered
rooftops with dangling icicles
Sparkling like royal crowns.
Only the force of nature can defeat man's neglect
Paint the darkness into brilliance
remind us of pure white
