Society's Child

Society's Child

You are still set back in the old days. Where everyone's perfect , everyone's sane. That's not the world today , there are no arranged marriages anymore and you shall not force or pressure me into being with who I do not love. I love him, and you have no room to hate . I'm not society's child I'm not going to break , this is not you're life to interrogate . He'll be my Romeo & if I'm forced I'll be Juliet . Have you ever heard that story ? Because if we're apart that's how this ends. I'll be packing my bags , saying goodbye to this old little town where everyone is just looking down. Because you're all society's children , you've already broken . Looks are what you run on , no words shall have to be spoken. I'm leaving today there's no words left to say . I'll follow him , to the end of my life. Because love is worth this chance , I've known since our single slow dance .
