Poem -
Soul Adrift
As you tip toe through my emotions
tread carefully upon my heart
though I thought I could stand alone
my inner soul is falling apart
cast off into the ocean`s tide
forever to drift without a cause
follow on to a destination
all I`m left with, is remorse
passions snubbed out completely
no rudder to guide my way
a lost soul aimlessly afloat
wandering if I`ll get there some day !
