God gave us tools,

We are broken,
puzzle pieces,
but we are congruent,

though we start,
scattered throughout,

all safe and snug,
we fit in harmony,
say for instance a hug.

Our souls acknowledge,
each other's light,
whether we are black,
brown, yellow, or white.

We must be as one,
as magnets can be.
Love pushes past,
the me to a we,
for we are all family.
I call you all mine,

my shine,
