SUNLIGHT SHIMMERS

In the Pool

Sunlight shimmers, paints the scene,
Where turquoise water, cool and keen,
Invites a dive, a weightless leap,
From worries held far off and deep.

Laughter ripples, splashes fly,
As weightless limbs brush open sky.
Sunlight warms, a golden kiss,
On skin that's kissed by pure bliss.

Strokes that glide, a rhythmic flow,
Through liquid silk, where worries go.
Breath held deep, then released in play,
As joy unfolds in every spray.
