Poem -

Tears

The sun bounces off of the tears

sprouting out of my eyes.

It's not that I'm not bold enough

to scowl or scold.

I hold composure.

But the melancholy feelings within me,

are always erupting.

These waterfalls inside

splash out of my eyes,

drenching, not just soaking,

my friends' shoulders.

I am a burden to them.

It is my decieving smile

that makes them happy.

I am not alone.
