Little girl hurting

My life as i know it
written as a poet 
As a child i lived in fear
of my father being near
But my mum saved me from this
just for a court to take the piss
They lied to my mum
and made her give us up
to my father, what the f?**
so back to my fathers 
i was sent again
this led to me hating men
on my 16th i ran away
the police came for me 
but i was allowed to stay
i never returned to our family home
because all i remember is when i was alone
the events that made me as strong as i am
so for that i thankyou
you horrible man
because without the strength you forced me to gain
i wouldnt of handled the s?** that came.
