Poem -

The Biggest Failure Of Communication

Nations destroying each other
On someone else's word
Instead of talking about issues
Leaders would rather start wars
Because there is money to be made
And division to be created for power
Sending innocent people off to be killed
Because their pride will allow them to do nothing else
Even as trees burn and families are displaced
They continue to justify the violence
As empty bullets line the streets in-between dead bodies
People still don't want to talk
Some believe that winning creates peace
But everyone dies, so no one wins
Fighting is failure in the worst possible way
Because both sides destroy everything around them
The flowers, the fields, homes, animals, and everyone else
Nothing is untouched by destruction
Only burnt out trees and ashy soil remains
As both leaders stand in the vacant space
It takes the worst possible outcome
For both of them to realize their mistakes.
