The Clubs Linger

Swirling lights,
Alcohol and its basic rights,
Girls swinging in the air,
But I don't care.
The wasteful,
The liquor has me full,
Of long last hopes,
Hopes of her taking me home.
The liquor rushes through my veins,
The sweet juice of money rains,
Let me see you dance to the music girl,
Go ahead make that 3 drinks sir,
You the only one I got my eye on,
Keep shaking it on,
Slow those hips,
Let me see your magic tricks,
She's the baddest in here,
But I know she be living near,
That city girl swang radiates the atmosphere,
I get nervous when that booty gets near.
PS thats all i got at the moment and can i get some suggestions and comments because i might make this into a song.

Hey EMILY!!....yeah, you can take these words and quite easily convert them into a lyric line.....the rhythmical integrity is there....and the subject matter is perfect for todays generation.....you have some "Way Cool" phrasing running throughout this piece.....I hope you play an instrument or know someone that does....because it takes both a poet and a musician to create a song....and this poetry has great potential for it!!......ALL STARS!!.....well penned dear poet sister!!......LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo : )
You have described the night club scene perfectly Emily 😊🥂🍻🍹
