The Feast

The Feast

To
the space
the time
between us
between the
beginning
and now.
Feast upon that
which is too sad
to hold
to remember
swallow it whole
help me forget.
Devour my heart
so heavy and weary
silence the beats
that pain my days
and drink the rain
that soaks my nights.

Being Me

A beautiful poem. There is a strange beauty to behold in all the broken things. Great poem x
