When we challenge ourselves and our minds, we first are skeptical....but, with understanding, you will find that we are in control of our environment, destiny, and thoughts....many of our ailments comes from stress and denying emotions which keep you blocked...as every experience is supposed to come to us and go through us....but many hold onto experiences and emotions that only make us sick....Love yourself for who you are....not what you think you are....there is a greater difference....

You may be a little skeptical
but with more knowledge, you will find
that you have the power to heal yourself
 and it starts with the healing mind

 We have fifty years of scientific research
 that brings many things to light
 and if you take control of what you think
 you'll find a power you'll ignite

 Stress controls a great many things
and if you don't control your brain
stress will take your soul apart
and life will not look the same
