I miss her
She misses me 
When we’re together 
we can be us 
But that’ll never happen 
and it’s not because 
OF US 
but rather 
All the in-between 
that refuses 
To allow 
OUR 
stars to shine 
TOGETHER 
So we remain 
amidst the same sky 
DULL 
amidst the same WHY? 
hidden from our light 
Amidst the same 
LIFE 
but separated 
By the in-between
