The Land of Dreams
Take me away to the land of dreams
Where everyone is happy and no one is mean
Where the whole world gets along no screaming no shouting
No suicide bombers no wars no doubting
No hungry children in the world no homeless people on the streets
No jails no crime no women getting beat
No teenage pregnancies no young boys selling drugs
No robberies no killings no gangsters no thugs
No prejudice no racism or cops shooting blacks
No shooting up schoolsÂ
No terrorist attacks
Just love and peace and everyone unitedÂ
A world full of happiness
No more nations divided
So at night when I close my eyes to sleep
I go to that place so nice so sweet
Just go there one time and you'll know what I mean
When I say "Take me away to the land of dreams"
