Why not pin something on Nelson
Then we can tear his statue down
Maybe then
We can turn on Churchill, or Jesus
Hey, let’s all really go to fucking town
Then maybe when
We think the whole world is looking
And when there aint nothing better to do
Yeah maybe then
We can try and change history
By breaking & de-facing a monument or two

I Love this Sir NEVILLE!!......your formatting of this piece drives home the intent beautifully......personally, I think it is an absolute shameful disgrace that so many Americans are going around having statues removed for racial reasons.....it is revealing the stupidity of the masses......tearing down HISTORY is all they are doing.......Blacks and Whites alike....such a sad, sad, waste of energy that could be used for much better causes!! Sometimes I'm ashamed to call myself an American!!.......PINNED this one my friend......VERY powerful subject matter.....a great choice to shine some light on!!......Bravo!!........LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo : )

Ooooh...yes, where does it stop? Slave traders and the like for now but who knows what next. I think what happened is terrible but that maybe statues should stay to remind us all of what they did, and we all know what they did was terrible. Wait though, is there a statue of Hitler anywhere?
