The Mayfair Or Bust

The Mayfair Or Bust

In my senior year of High School, we all had fake I.D.’s;
Instead of only seventeen, eighteen they said we be!
That got us through the front doors, of the Mayfair Burlesque House;
Horny young teenagers, who thought their libidos would be aroused!
.
But every time we went there, the strippers were fifty plus;
Not once did we spring into action, nor our seats need readjust!
But the comedians were always funny, so we bided all our time;
Waiting for a younger lady, her body in it’s prime!
.
Finally one week it happened, Adele Latour came to our town;
A girl not even twenty, with hair that hung far down!
It reached below her young knees, she used it in her act;
To tease us so completely, she really had the knack!
.
For the first time since we went there, happy endings then took place;
As we sat out in the audience, our hearts so fully raced!
I myself went down there three times, during the week that she appeared;
I dreamt of being with her, atop her body so endeared!
.
.
                    At long last a youth
             Stripped down at the Mayfair
                Stich in time saves nine

My Dear Debs,

Long time no see!  We've missed you.
Funny you should mention a book, because Larry is doing just that.  He is writing it about all his experiences as a youth.
May you have a joyous and Happy New Year.

Love,
Linda and Larry xxx
