The Nobodies

The Nobodies

Eat my sick skin suit
Wear my heavy soul
For I am Layed to Unrest
Beneath this weary road.

Another fallen
That Nobody knows.

Here lies, Somebody else's Shoes
Stacked upon somebody else's clothes
Presented upon this bridge
Payment to the death toll.

The grey cold barriers glow
Under distant star
Burning my feet to black

Passing engines roar
The scent of burning fuel
The silence as I fall

Why you ask
Only Nobody, knows.

Beautiful and so very sad, probably because it's such a real reality. 🌹

Unfortunately it is a very sad thing, rampant all over the world, young and old, seeking a door you can't walk back through.
