Went through life wanting to be loved,
Yet; started off being bullied and shoved!
Given words of encouragement to live longer,
What doesn't kill you; only makes you stronger.

So stronger and stronger; while tougher I became!
Even when I was older; bullies were the same.
Bosses; even coworkers pushed me around!
By sad experience; it has been found.

When given a little authority as tho they suppose,
Unrighteous dominion and extortion flows!
Now justice swings back the other way,
Lawyers and judges do rule the day.

Some become politicians and impose their will,
Explain to the people; that what doesn't kill.
Only makes us stronger than you'll ever be,
We can govern and make you pay our fee.

I protested and said; you've got the nerve!
Extortion! instead of your mandate to serve!
You've betrayed your people and nations trust!
Now the Constitution crumbles to dust!

Once I hoped Congress would return to health,
They showed their goal of obtaining wealth.
So what can I count on near my last breath?
I found them! they're called; taxes and death!
