THE SNOB AND THE YOB

This is a tale about a snob and a yob 
Both were out of work and needed a job
The snob came across well needless to say
The yob was as welcome as a rainy winter's day

An easy decision then for the boss to make 
However he would give the yob a big break 
Gave the job to him right there on the spot 
The upset snob sarcastically said thanks a lot

The first day of work and the yob buckled down 
No longer the laughing stock of his home town
What happened to the snob I really don't know 
For not to get the job was a devastating blow
